29. Alteration to the Rules29. Alteration to the Rules
These rules may be amended, altered or rescinded only at a general meeting of the Association of which at least seven days notice has been given of the proposed amendments. No addition or recession of the Rules of the Association shall be approved if such change would in any effect the operation of Rule 30 provided however Rule 30 may be changed, but only with the prior approval of the Inland Revenue Department.
