6. Board of Management

The administration and management of the Association shall be vested in a Board of Management consisting of Six Members being:

(a) The President
(b) Two Vice Presidents
(c) Three ordinary financial members (PROVIDED HOWEVER if one of those is the Immediate Past President then only two Ordinary Financial Members are required)
