13. Co-opted Members

The Board of Management shall have the power to co-opt other members to the Board and those co-opted members shall be entitled to attend all meetings and to take part in all business and discussions thereof and shall be entitled by virtue of such membership to vote at any such meetings and any such co-opted member shall be counted in determining whether or not a quorum is present at the meeting of the Board of Management
