17. Voting at Board Meetings
At any meeting where a vote is called for, each Board member shall have one vote. In the event of a tied vote on any issue raised, then the Chairperson shall have a second or casting vote, which will be binding on the Board. A Board member must declare his/her interest on any issue requiring a Board decision or vote and will be excluded from voting on that particular matter.
