    To begin, let's get super clear on who you will be helping as a coach and why. We will identify your niche and refine it by creating your avatar so you know exactly who your ideal client is and how you can communicate with them.

    Your brand is how your business will be seen and marketed. Creating a strong brand involves careful planning and strategic implementation. Here's a five-part process to help you create a strong brand.

    Now that you know your Avatar, let's learn how to communicate with them and draw attention to your business, whilst remaining in alignment with your Brand.

    In this section you will leverage your marketing, exploring how to generate potential clients (leads) and how to filter these leads to ensure you only move forward with the correct ones.

  • 5. The Discovery Phase

    Welcome to the Discovery Phase, this is where you transition a warm lead into a client! You begin this chapter by creating your own Discovery Questionnaire, followed by learning about and preparing for a Discovery Call / Connect.

    Congratulations! By now you are clear on how to land amazing clients! Now let’s establish how long you will be working with these clients and how much you will be charging them for your services.

    “So, how do I coach effectively?” In this chapter you will explore what makes a good coaching session, as well as some of my favourite coaching methods that you can implement immediately and don’t require any additional training or certifications.

But, it’s one thing to know how and it’s another thing to hold yourself accountable and actually do. In this last chapter we will explore how to develop your own accountability, as well as how to effectively hold your clients accountable.
